Wrong item shipped — got something completely different

★☆☆☆☆·wants other·$1927 USD·response pending verify
Cancelled an order before it shipped, was promised a refund within 5-7 business days. It has now been 3 weeks. Each time I contact support I get a different ticket number and a fresh promise. Meanwhile the charge is still on my card, and the dispute window with my bank is closing. $731 is not pocket change.

    Try filing with the BBB and CCing their PR email — that's what worked for me.
