Damaged package, no replacement after 6 tickets

They shipped a completely different SKU than what I ordered. The order page still shows the original item. Support says I have to print a return label and ship it back at my own expense, then wait 14 days for processing. I paid $773 for what I ordered. Replace it or refund it — but stop asking me to subsidise their warehouse mistake.

    Try filing with the BBB and CCing their PR email — that's what worked for me.
