Manifesto
Complaints don't have a problem. The internet has a complaints problem.
Trustpilot turned consumer voice into a subscription business — companies pay €369/month to talk back, and the metric that pretends to measure trust is just review volume.
We think the only metric that matters is the one a company cannot fake: did the consumer come back and confirm it was fixed? That's Resolution Rate, and it sits over every company page on Claimbo, period.
We don't remove complaints in exchange for money. Ever. We log every removal we do make, publicly, on the company's own page, with the reason cited from a closed list.
Make it right.
