Damaged package, no replacement after 10 tickets

I placed order #13 on Mar 30. Tracking has shown 'in transit' for 4 weeks straight. I've opened 13 support tickets — every reply asks me to wait another 5-7 business days. The total is $111. I want either the package or a refund; I shouldn't have to keep chasing this. The shipping label has been printed but the carrier never received the parcel; this is between the merchant and the courier, not me.
