Is Claimbo free for consumers?
Yes. Filing complaints, replying, and accessing every company page — including the public removal log — is free for consumers and always will be.
Can a company pay to remove a complaint?
No. Removal is governed by a closed list of reasons (defamation, illegal content, privacy violation, spam, off-topic, duplicate, other) and every removal is logged publicly on the company's page.
How does the 7-day verification email loop work?
When a company posts a public response, we email the consumer 7 days later asking whether the issue was actually resolved. Only an explicit Yes flips the complaint to resolved and lifts the company's Resolution Rate.
Why is your AI moderation under a minute?
Real-time moderation means complaints either get published or escalated to a human in under 60 seconds, against rules covering defamation risk, PII exposure, spam, and off-topic. Every AI run is logged for audit replay.
Is the API really free?
Yes. The public read API and embeddable widgets are free from day one. Authenticated write access requires a token and has a daily quota — see /docs/api when we ship it.
