Damaged package, no replacement after 3 tickets

They shipped a completely different SKU than what I ordered. The order page still shows the original item. Support says I have to print a return label and ship it back at my own expense, then wait 14 days for processing. I paid $1068 for what I ordered. Replace it or refund it — but stop asking me to subsidise their warehouse mistake.
