Tried to cancel for 3 months, still charged

Outage from Mar 7 for 5 days straight. I work from home — I had to spend at my own expense on a hotspot. Bill came as if nothing happened. Their own status page confirms the outage. I'm asking for a credit equal to the outage days, that's how the contract reads.
