Paid for the gigabit tier. Speed tests show 80-120 Mbps consistently. I've reset the modem, replaced cables, even let their tech check the line — confirmed line is fine. Then the rep said 'speeds aren't guaranteed, only up to'. Then why charge a premium for a tier I never see?

    Same thing happened to me last month. Took a chargeback to actually get it back.
