Refund stuck for 7 weeks, support copies the same script

★★☆☆☆·wants refund·$376 USD·no response from user
They locked my account citing 'suspicious returns'. I returned items that didn't fit — that's literally what their return policy is for. Now I can't see past orders, can't track current ones, can't reach a human. $1225 of orders are in limbo and the only contact channel is a chatbot that doesn't answer.

    Don't accept their store credit — push for a real refund. They will pay it eventually.

    Try filing with the BBB and CCing their PR email — that's what worked for me.
