Refund stuck for 2 weeks, support copies the same script

I placed order #8 on Mar 27. Tracking has shown 'in transit' for 5 weeks straight. I've opened 8 support tickets — every reply asks me to wait another 5-7 business days. The total is $840. I want either the package or a refund; I shouldn't have to keep chasing this. The shipping label has been printed but the carrier never received the parcel; this is between the merchant and the courier, not me.

    Try filing with the BBB and CCing their PR email — that's what worked for me.
