Account locked after 9 returns, can't access purchase history

They shipped a completely different SKU than what I ordered. The order page still shows the original item. Support says I have to print a return label and ship it back at my own expense, then wait 14 days for processing. I paid $679 for what I ordered. Replace it or refund it — but stop asking me to subsidise their warehouse mistake.

    Don't accept their store credit — push for a real refund. They will pay it eventually.

    Same thing happened to me last month. Took a chargeback to actually get it back.
