Account locked after 11 returns, can't access purchase history

★☆☆☆☆·wants exchange·$1814 USD·no response from user
They locked my account citing 'suspicious returns'. I returned items that didn't fit — that's literally what their return policy is for. Now I can't see past orders, can't track current ones, can't reach a human. $312 of orders are in limbo and the only contact channel is a chatbot that doesn't answer.

    Same thing happened to me last month. Took a chargeback to actually get it back.

    I had to escalate to my state's consumer-protection bureau before they responded. Worked though.
