Refund stuck for 1 weeks, support copies the same script

I placed order #3 on Mar 7. Tracking has shown 'in transit' for 3 weeks straight. I've opened 3 support tickets — every reply asks me to wait another 5-7 business days. The total is $1168. I want either the package or a refund; I shouldn't have to keep chasing this. The shipping label has been printed but the carrier never received the parcel; this is between the merchant and the courier, not me.

    Don't accept their store credit — push for a real refund. They will pay it eventually.

    Same thing happened to me last month. Took a chargeback to actually get it back.
