Damaged package, no replacement after 6 tickets

I placed order #11 on Mar 21. Tracking has shown 'in transit' for 8 weeks straight. I've opened 11 support tickets — every reply asks me to wait another 5-7 business days. The total is $773. I want either the package or a refund; I shouldn't have to keep chasing this. The shipping label has been printed but the carrier never received the parcel; this is between the merchant and the courier, not me.

    Same thing happened to me last month. Took a chargeback to actually get it back.
