Damaged package, no replacement after 12 tickets

They locked my account citing 'suspicious returns'. I returned items that didn't fit — that's literally what their return policy is for. Now I can't see past orders, can't track current ones, can't reach a human. $745 of orders are in limbo and the only contact channel is a chatbot that doesn't answer.

    Try filing with the BBB and CCing their PR email — that's what worked for me.
