Saw a charge of $525 I didn't make. Disputed it the same day. Bank acknowledged receipt 3 weeks ago. Status: 'investigating'. The merchant is a known scam reported in multiple consumer forums. The bank's own fraud team should have flagged it. Where's my provisional credit?

    Same thing happened to me last month. Took a chargeback to actually get it back.
