Got charged twice for order #14. Same total, same time, same merchant. Reported immediately. Nine days later, no refund of the duplicate $69. Bank dispute is the only remaining option. Order #2 arrived missing 2 items. Reported in-app within 5 minutes with photos. Their bot offered a 20% credit toward a future order — I want a refund for items I didn't receive, in cash, not 'credit' to keep using a service that just shorted me. $627 is the missing total.
