What Claimbo is
An AI-native consumer-protection platform built around one metric: Resolution Rate, not stars.
Claimbo is a public record of consumer complaints — and, more importantly, a public record of which complaints were actually resolved. We replace the star-rating average with Resolution Rate: the percentage of complaints a company answered that the consumer then verified as fixed.
Verification is not a star. It's a one-click email loop seven days after the company replies. The consumer says "yes, fixed" / "partially" / "no" — and only "yes" moves the metric. Companies can't game it by replying without resolving; consumers can't inflate it by leaving five stars without a real exchange.
What you can do here
- File a complaint against any company in our catalog (or add a new one).
- Read public complaints, sorted by recency or resolution.
- Comment on a complaint thread — moderated, attribution by masked email.
- If you're a CompanyRep, claim your company and reply on the record.
