Filing a complaint
Use the Composer. It's open to guests, runs an AI assistant to help you write, and only asks for an email at submit.
Click File a complaint in the header. The Composer is a chat with an AI assistant that asks structured questions: which company, what happened, what would resolve it for you, what evidence do you have. You can attach up to five files (PNG / JPEG / WebP / PDF, ≤ 10 MB each).
When the draft is complete, you'll be asked for an email. We send a one-time link; click it from any device and your complaint flips into AI moderation. Most complaints publish within a minute. The link is also how you'll receive the verification email seven days after a company replies.
What gets removed
AI moderation rejects defamation, illegal content, doxxing, spam, and material that's off-topic for consumer disputes. Anything ambiguous goes to a human. Every removal is logged on the company's public removal-log page — we never quietly take a complaint down, and we never remove for money.
