Anti pay-to-remove
We never take a complaint down in exchange for money. The economics are arranged so we can't.
Companies can claim their profile and reply to complaints — both free. Paid tiers buy better dashboards, custom widgets, and faster support. Paid tiers do not buy any change to a complaint's visibility, ranking, or status. Removals require a closed-enum reason and are publicly logged.
If you receive a message claiming to "remove a Claimbo complaint for a fee", forward it to abuse@claimbo.com. That message did not come from us.
