Account locked over a 'compliance review'. I've uploaded ID, utility bill, and selfie 4 times — each time it 'doesn't pass review' with no reason given. $1464 of my own money is frozen. The only contact channel is an unresponsive ticket system. I need a named human to look at the actual documents.

    I had to escalate to my state's consumer-protection bureau before they responded. Worked though.
