Pharmacist refused to fill a valid prescription, citing 'system flag'. No further detail. Doctor's office had to call to verify. Three days later it was filled with no apology. I needed the medication on day one.

    I had to escalate to my state's consumer-protection bureau before they responded. Worked though.

    Don't accept their store credit — push for a real refund. They will pay it eventually.
