Driver kept the order. Doorbell footage, GPS shows them stopping at a different address, marking delivered, leaving. Their support said I needed to 'wait 24 hours'. The food is cold and not coming. Refund the $181.

    I had to escalate to my state's consumer-protection bureau before they responded. Worked though.
