Tolls being billed three weeks after a one-way trip. The same toll appears twice on the same date. App support says 'tolls take time to process'. They take three weeks now? Refund the duplicate. Package marked delivered at 3:00. Two cameras at my address show no carrier vehicle within an hour either side. Filed a missing-package claim 3 days ago. 'Investigation' is open with no contact. The shipper has paid me, this is between you two — but I'm the one chasing.

    Try filing with the BBB and CCing their PR email — that's what worked for me.

    I had to escalate to my state's consumer-protection bureau before they responded. Worked though.
