Years of loyalty points just disappeared. No email, no in-app notice, nothing. Customer service confirms they were 'expired per terms' but the terms changed last quarter and I never got the notification email about the change. 7 years of accumulated rewards, gone. I want the points reinstated or the equivalent in store credit.

    Try filing with the BBB and CCing their PR email — that's what worked for me.
