Account hacked, support unreachable

Locked out of my own account. Recovery email goes to a domain I don't recognise. Support says they need 'proof of ownership' — I sent the original sign-up confirmation, payment history, last four of the card on file. Two weeks later: nothing. $969/year of subscription is sitting in someone else's hands.

    Try filing with the BBB and CCing their PR email — that's what worked for me.

    Same thing happened to me last month. Took a chargeback to actually get it back.
