Marked 'delivered' at 14:00. Cameras at my door show no driver until 14:35. By then food was room-temperature. Refund request was 'declined per policy'. Their own GPS shows the driver was 2 km from my address at the 'del

Driver kept the order. Doorbell footage, GPS shows them stopping at a different address, marking delivered, leaving. Their support said I needed to 'wait 24 hours'. The food is cold and not coming. Refund the $1228.
